My Approach

With so many food trends and fashionable endorsements surrounding health and wellness, it is incredibly difficult for you to know what is best for you and your wellbeing.    It can be overwhelming making any decision at the moment when everybody seems to have an opinion on what is the 'best' or 'right' choice for a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

The only way to give yourself and your health the attention it deserves is by focusing on you.  I can help you do that by developing a personal nutrition and lifestyle plan that works exclusively for you.  Personalized nutrition is not about limiting important food groups or leaving you feeling punished.  It’s about increasing the foods that have the nutrients that you need in order to improve your overall health.

Studying at The College of Naturopathic Medicine taught me about many of food's medicinal properties and how to apply this using the principles of a functional medicine approach.  I work with clients to look for the root of the problem to help alleviate symptoms.  In addition to food, lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep and physical activity are considered.

I help clients understand how to make their own choices so that they are empowered to make dietary and lifestyle changes that work for them. Your choices, your decisions, your goals, your health and wellness. Simple and realistic plans.

More of what you need to help you feel nourished, healthy and happy.
